I run an energetic business offering the following services within a 25 mile radius of Grantham.

Helping clients to achieve results within the timescales of their goals, I provide individuals with a dedicated, friendly personal service. A range of fitness programmes to suit your individual requirements and levels of fitness are offered.
With an experienced, friendly, professional service, I am qualified to Level 3 of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) after successfully completing a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy by Premier Training International Limited. I am also a qualified Pro-Martial Arts Kickboxing Instructor who has achieved a Black Belt (2nd Dan). I have an expanding customer base, located in and around Grantham and the Rutland area, which ranges from personal training clients, sports massage clients (both sports people and corporate professionals) and successful enjoyable kickboxing classes in Grantham, Oakham and Stamford.
